Breakdown: I commend the Washington Wizards on picking a great year to reset their Contract Year and this Nets team led by the Greatest of all Time, Michael Jordan is a little too much to handle. However don't expect these Wizards to go out easy! Wizards possess a streaky weapon in Peja Stojakovic and they go as he goes. He averaged 28 points per game in both victories this season, and I'm expecting him to show up again. Wizards give it all they got, but fall in 6.

Breakdown: The Pistons have had a very nice push since the Frenzy kicked off after making moves for Nick Van Exel and Latrell Sprewell, but they are simply outmatched in this first round match-up. The Cavs are one of the most if not the most well rounded team in the East. They're not without flaws however, Pistons best shot would be to exploit a Cato-Webber matchup, but even than I don't think the Pistons have enough fire power to keep up with the Cavs.

Breakdown: I really like how fast Brian has learned the game, he hasn't been taken advantage of and hes built a solid team. Brian, I appreciate you my man, but you won't win a game this series. The Heat are the top scoring team in the East, they can beat you inside with Zo, they can shoot it from deep with Ricky and Mashburn. They're just too good for this match-up and barring injury this will be over before it starts.

Breakdown: The Knicks aren't pretty, aren't flashy, and they are kind of boring, but somehow they get buckets! Led by Jamal Crawford, they shouldn't have a problem breezing through the Bulls. Bulls seem to have trouble defending the Knicks and they're only weapon will be pestered by a multitude of defenders the entire game.

Breakdown: The Nets struggled down the stretch and the Knicks have been scoring at a higher rate than most teams, but this is a classic match-up of offense vs defense. Although I want to see the Nets go down in this round, their simply too good. I won't be easy, and this has the makes of Game 7 all over it, but Nets show up up when it matters and shut Knicks down in 7.

The Heat are the slight better team I feel. They match-up well against the Cavs weapons, the deciding factor of this series for me will be how the Cavs use Kevin Garnett. Do they go at Zo or exploit another match-up. This will be the series to watch.
