Kendrick Nunn sometimes goes whole games without turnovers, pretty nice. Averages 1.5 TOs in 36 minutes. If that's not lowest turnover count out of any PG, it's gotta be top 3. Maybe if I'm not lazy I'll go through the rosters and confirm.
