Might even be worthwhile running something Slow with Poole and King and move Lavine to a 2/3 supersub 3rd option. when does slow work best? I always just run fast since everyone else does |

I always just run fast since everyone else does Spencer seems to think slow works really well with two elite scorers. I never have any luck with it so I don't use it. I think Slow/Inside is good with bigs who have a high FT percentage since they seem to get to the line more often. |

I won once with slow inside and Drummond AD doing Ike 23/12/3 each and a good pg. barley remember tho and since I’ve heard fast outside or die So thx for explaining |

rough morning out here. was taking a nice morning poo and out of no where had to puke as if i had food poisonings for those who were concerned with my health. I think it’s actually bc I took a vitamin first time today and it clearly said take with a meal. I had it with coffee |
