Season Calendar
1 The Regular Season: The regular season consists of 120 days. During this time, each team will play 82 games. All-Star Weekend occurs during day 60. Day 100 is the trading deadline. After this day, no more trades can occur until the off-season.
2 Trade Deadline Frenzy: Between Days 80 and 99 there will be a trade frenzy. 1 trade = 1 RC. 2 trades = 2 RC. 3+ trades = 3 RC. Must be spent before Day 120.
3 The Playoffs: The top team in each division as well as the next 6 teams in each conference advance to the playoffs. The Playoffs consist of four rounds. All rounds are best out of seven games.
4 Re-signings: Any players on your team who wish to resign with your team will inform you of their demands, this is Re-signings. If you do not accept their demands the players will test free agency. It is not a negotiation, their offer is take it or leave it.
5 End Season: The End Season process prepares the league for the off-season. All players are aged one year. Some players may choose to retire at this time.
6 Rookie Draft: The Rookie Draft consists of two rounds. Each team originally owns one pick in each round. The draft order for first round is set in reverse order for the playoff teams with the league champion picking last. The order for teams not in the playoffs is determined by the Draft Lottery. You may forfeit picks, before or shortly after the draft.
7 Free Agency Period: The Free Agency Period consists of five days of contract offers and signings.
8 Training Camps: During training camps, players experience increases and decreases in their attributes.
9 Preseason: This is a 20 day sample that has no affect on the regular season. Any injuries incurred during the preseason will be erased.
10 Preseason Pt 2: This will be an add on. 2 RCs plus a weight room. Weight room is 1 inch(if 20 or under) and 10 lbs. Must be done before Day 20.
11 Begin Season: The Begin Season process prepares the league for the start of the regular season. The league schedule for the next season is created, rookies for the next rookie draft are created, and each computer team sets their default lineup for the season. The rookie draft will not be complete until I post that it has been completed.
