Delicate balance of getting dudes who don't suck up too much volume and can hit all the intangibles you want STOCK wise. That's why dudes like Calc Jones are so super valuable IMO.

It's kind of crazy because I never looked at the intricacies of FBB as in depth as I do now. A lot of this stuff we discuss today I wasn't even paying attention to a decade ago.
