My boss is on my case about signing up for conference in oct but I don’t want to yet because I’m in the middle of an interview process with another company. How do I delay this without telling my boss

Have my second interview weds. Kind of torn, I’ll have to commute to Norwalk 2x a week but the comp is 20% more than what I’m currently making

Right now they are working remote but scheduled to go back to a hybrid in Oct.
When they go back I’ll be on my “honeymoon”

they denied you a promo from what i remember. if you dont feel the long term growth and are getting offered more comp id go for the fresh start. Once you get some stain push back on those 2 days in office |
