Well it was a Burwellian theory , if they played better than their ratings they supposed to improve and vice versa. based on the code that was shared with me, that's not how it works, but a few of the classes cant be looked at with the free version of visual studio so... everything seems to be tied to potential. |

I think it's something that came up a lot thought. Repole used to say something to the effect of we gave FBB too much credit.. A lot of the shit that happens is random or doesn't work as intended. He was actually trying to create his own game. |

In my experience the only real negative is having too many players with potential listed at the same position.
I'm guessing there is a metric or code for how much potential is used based on age. I know 18 year Olds keep their potential after the first TC most of the time. I also believe PG TCS are better than other positions.
