you mean 15.6 as a max for every team other than where he lives now What look at player contract rules... he will have 3 yrs exp so his max contract is 12 + 1.1% + 1.1% +1.1% So every team with cap room can offer him 15.6 million, and the existing team with not enough cap room can only offer 120% of current contract. |
