been on with the helpdesk for 40 minutes They can't figure out your issue or is it a time consuming one? waited on hold for a while bc its a small helpdesk servicing this legacy platform that only a few people use that came over as part of an acquisition 2.5 years ago....crazy but Jan 1 all the legacy platforms are finally going away |
