He obviously wants to rebuild/retool soon but what is the fucking point if hes gonna get much less develop players around the same age as Chet.  This is one of the reasons why people are mad, its almost impossible to rebuild right now and get the right value for your guys.  Instead of getting the usual 20-22 year olds, you are looking at getting a package of fucking 25-28 year olds.  Ages are killing the league and trading.  It clearly shows that.  NO clue how any one can even fucking argue that its not.
