Congrats! Still the most wild process in my opinion. Wouldn't have it any other way right? Honestly, it is wild but am feeling amazing about it. It all happened so fast, part of me is still shocked. I said it as a joke going to Pakistan to get married when really I was going on a vacation to see family, I didn't take a ring with me, def did not actually expect to get engaged lol. So, was introduced to her 2-3 months back by my cousin's wife in a potential arranged marriage type of thing. Started talking & while in Pakistan, met her 5 times there with the last one being me meeting her fam who liked me. Everytime we went out, the vibes were great, the energy was great and everything just felt right. So after getting back, told my parents I really liked her and wanted to be with her. My parents spoke to her Sunday and Monay, my parents spoke to her dad (her mom passed away couple years back). And my dad asked her for her hand to me and her dad said yes. Then I spoke to her and asked her and she said yes! |
