If they are >=6 years of exp your max offers will start at 13.125M and 15.75M compared to the 12M other teams are looking at.

No idea why it's 105% instead of 120%. My guess is you can offer 120% of previous year salary unless that amount is over the normal max of 25%/30%/35% (12/14.4/16.8) in which case it becomes 105%.

I ran tests with 8.5, 12.5, and 15 salary guys and was sure to include varying experience of 0-6, 7-9, and 10+

Also checked to see if the salary changed depending on if the team had available cap space or not (it didn't)

You can offer more total, yes.

Am aware.  thinking more of a 1 yr max vs a 5 yr.  haven't tested that much
