So if a player is capable of playing pg but cant start bcoa of the rules can they be a backup at pg position yes |

Also the rules saying if a pg ever was changed to another position he cant be a pg no longer. But a earlier rule is saying what thst a player that has never been a pg can be changed to it. So would have be locked into being a pg or he looses that capability of being a pg ever again.
