I’ll look into it after 5 drafts of complaints Nice Ive already changed and done more younger prospects. Ill continue to try and find new ways to add more prospects. I feel like alot of you dont understand that player ratings and value is relative. If I overload every draft with amazing players then amazing players wont be amazing. Theyll be good. The key to balance in sim leagues is scarcity of talent. Just because a guy has B ratings doesnt men he cant be a valuable contributor. ALso if youre relying on just drafting to win then IDK where youve been for 30 years but thats pretty hard to do. You gotta deal too. |

Learn how to get your messages across imo The younger spects has been a pretty clear message from Gms before this year. Ive addressed it and Ill continue to address it. Not every draft is gonna be amazing tho. And the potential in this draft is as good or better then any of the retro drafts. |

You need to ask questions about prospects. Not every prospect is gonna be B B B B B A to start, that doesnt mean they cant be valuable.

Only thing that really frustrates me about these conversations is I know Play would complain about over inflation too. So its a lose lose for me. Either I make every draft great and then the league is full of A- players. Or I try and balance it and Im making trash drafts.

A lot of these guys are just good bc they are exploited. Amazing blocks, or one thing. Or these guys with C+ ratings but no quickness so they score still. Give us 8 reb 1.5 block bigs who can develop into a starter if given attention vs “no stocks” high turnover or things that make a player unplayable in bbs. I feel a lot of guards coming in with 0 3pt or low reb. Which of course is a great reflection of the era but not useable in bbs |

I know the idea of combines has been shut down in the past. But what if we had more average players but knew more going into the draft to ask questions. Like if I saw someone got 16 min but I block I’d see some upside despite him shooting 33%.
Or get GMs involved. Only 5 players get nominated for the combine and they have to be like mid talent guys. Not the stars idk

But if you look there are a ton of very useful all outside low TO backup 1/2 guys in the last couple drafts. And I feel like there have been a handful of rebounding low Tos guys for bigs too. But there is currently a lot of big men so I do need to even that area out. |

Too many Gms overvalue ratings. Guys play people that look better over players that sim well. Not my fault.
Too many GMs dont ask questions or read draft answers and pick players that have poor notes/answers.
Too many GMs sit on their DC and let good players rot because they have no idea how good or bad they are.
