+1 to every camped out player. Just one category, even if it's over 85 and has been camped before. Even if they not camped fully yet too right Would defeat the purpose of it being called +25 |

Some of you may remember this. At one point I allowed a free +1 to all players that were camped out. In honor of the Niners being fucking ballers Im starting this again. +1 in any category even over 85s to players that have already been MAXd on spending. Even 4th and 5th AC players.
