If multiple teams are offering around the same money, it's going to be luck of the draw... in my opinion because I don't know for sure |

I think the only way to guarantee a FA is to send an offer a lot higher than other teams. Not even bird max vs non bird max is enough of a difference. I'm talking offering 12M for a guy people are only putting MLEs on.
