Probably lots of water weight yeah depending on what your diet was before drastically cutting down on sodium will cause you to shed the weight at the beginning

I did have chick fil a the other day cheat days are important but youll notice you're 1-2 pounds heavier the next day because of the sodium bloat

Down 15 pounds in 2 weeks Incredible what you been eating bro. Gunna drop 15 before my Brazil trip if I can Lots of greens. Cut out most of my carbs(will have rice and beans with grilled chicken) most of my protein is coming from tuna, grilled chicken and different types of fish
