I’m not convinced that KC Jones was the number 1 pick still but we will see. I think he had too many elite ratings to pass him up. I like Twyman a lot though, would have taken him 2nd I think most of the elite scoring PG's in the league had elite inside scoring at one time. If you don't have the 3PT shot you are losing something of what......5-8 PPG per night? Obviously really high POT can change this. We can talk about elite stocks, but I have rarely seen an elite defensive PG shut down an elite offensive PG over a big sample size. Just feels like KC could be capped with his ceiling right off the bat. |

When you add in how saturated the PG position is, it brings it into question. I probably would of picked him, but it is a little tougher for me to make that justification than others.

But I'll take his high percentage FG/FT 23-24 PPG with 7 boards, 2+ stls, 1+ blk, <2 TOs right off the bat. Also, do we know if previous elite defensive PGs had elite perimeter defense? I feel like Spence tends to skimp on that rating. It will be interesting to see how he does |

I also don't think elite PGs are that plentiful anymore. A lot of us are starting rag tag guys. The elite guys are all old. Even Cloud is 31 now.
