Just an fyi. Being heard isnt doing what you want. Ive heard the complaints. I get to make a decision. He doesnt want to be heard. He wants me to do what he wants. And in most cases I do not agree with him. Meh, i agree with him, and so do at least 5-6 others who have been here since the start it's not like he's the only one This is truth. What I said was also truth. And I get to make the call. If I am deemed unfair then you and the 5 or 6 others can quit. Thats a fair compromise. Or you can deal with my decisions. |

I listen, i also take into account up to 3-4 different opinions at times about my dc etc and ask questions about why and usually go with the consensus and make up my own mind on the stuff that people differ on. Ask Habes, Play, and Steve. I'm appreciative to any new info I can get. |
