Idk why people pushing that Lums had to move Bill. His team isn't lacking talent. Same with Boston. Neither team should be CYd. Strong east and questionable dcs plus lack of changes overall would not be solved by moving Bill, even if they got a lot more talent.

Lums did fine. Should he have went harder at getting a pg? Probably yeah. I think the talent he has now should've reset though. He was on the way of a reset and it fell apart.
