Someone mentioned before the draft that he needed to trade Russell since rarely a rookie helps you contend. I think it was play or Marty.

Yeah, trading Russell never made sense. Anyone else, sure And look where it’s got him. Likely Unemployed. Bill is almost perfect already and the reason why the Sixers even have a shot at the CY now. None of those offers were good enough for him. |
