2nd round PGs look better than Maurice gulp Cohen, a native of Brooklyn, played at Syracuse from 1954 to 1957. He led the Orangemen in scoring in each of his three varsity seasons. He scored 1,337 points in his career. His 24.2 points per game scoring average as a senior remains the third-highest in school history. After graduating, Cohen turned down an offer from the NBA’s Syracuse Nationals and enrolled in SU’s law school. Cohen went onto work for the Justice Department and later spent 30 years with the Washington D.C. law firm of Hogan & Hartson. hogan and lovells now |
