Knicks have made the playoffs 18 straight seasons, currently have a winning record with a +4 differential, all future picks, $40M worth of cap space. The team has looked a lot worse before. If anything, would be fun to build this thing with assets that I rarely have.

If your team is in great shape you can get away just letting the team run. Less likely to quit imo

I’m extremely inactive compared to what I want to be right now but I set up a pretty solid foundation I can sit on. Don’t see my activity getting much better either.
However, it’s only fun if people run their teams the way they want to. If someone wants to step down because they are going to be unhappy they can’t perform at the level they want to perform at…..why should they stay.
