Also don't have guys come out in their real-life drafts. Mix it up. Don't have to change their ages but just mix it up IMO.

Combining draft classes is cool too. But spreading some of these people out. We shouldn't know the year MJ is coming out, Magic, Bird etc.

Do you guys still struggle with people posting trades incorrectly or trades that don’t work? Maybe incentive that.
Go a whole season with no DC, trade, camping errors and you get an AC. You’ll probably need someone to keep track of this. Should help make Spencer’s life easier as well.

Don't have to change their ages but just mix it up IMO. yah, maybe they are all in college but some guys come out after 1 yr. like 10% freshman 20% sophs 30 juniors 40 seniors or whatever. spence runs a lottery to see who declares. we can also stagger declerations. juniors at day 20 sophs asw frosh trade deadline |

I think the good rookies start too good, there is no development time, so it becomes a ok, now build around this elite player. You dont have to move said player. More guys like Paxson that take a while to come around. obviously with FBB this leads to more unpredictability. But just, it seems like all the great draft picks start out firing 30+ a game, If your pick doesnt do that right out, he has no value. How many rookies fire out 30 a game? Baylor went 22 26 34. |

and for predictability of drafts, Id say just move around when some players come out, this whole draft was full of 22-23 year olds, which is also lame, the 18-19 year olds throw a shit ton of variability into the drafts, and tend to develop longer. Id just try shifting players around, It is a bit more work to track who what where, which sucks for you, but prevents the everybody tanks for Wilt scenario that kinda deadlocks the league. This is a great idea. I love it. Im not sure I have the time to do this. |

Solution either he takes on a bit more work, or adds someone to help, which Im pretty sure hes opposed to. I cant have someone help with drafts because then theyll have too much knowledge on drafts. |

Wings that can't rebound like a big are useless here. Bringing the SG rule back doesn't fix this completely but would help. This is more about creating different players with different strengths and weaknesses to make drafting more challenging. If all wings had C or better rebounding youd all value them the same. |
