doing different things is going to be more work no matter what... if we ask Spencer to do the bare minimum nothing is going to change. Solution either he takes on a bit more work, or adds someone to help, which Im pretty sure hes opposed to. I cant have someone help with drafts because then theyll have too much knowledge on drafts. Not just drafts, help inputting tedious shit like DCs, drafts, RCs etc. Let you focus on other things like changing the draft etc. I'd quit gming to help, I don't care |

Ill give Spencer a list of players drafted 1961-1980...he inputs in Random.org each draft keep the top 65. Delete them. Save the rest. Proceed. I can do the leg work and also build shells for him. I'll sign a NDA to keep players a secret! don't forget the undrafted as well. And you can also grab international players as well. hell throw in WNBA players as well. I like this one |

Idk if it’s just how Spencer makes guys vs how other leagues do. I don’t remember people often hitting 100 in stats and caps were 75 not 85. I guess it’s all relative though. Would have to restart the lG to have a lower basis.

Trying to think of things in previous leagues that were fun or unique....CYd teams having the option to basically have an expansion draft (more work) PEDs where players get extra camps but come with a risk of being suspended for a year of enough teams use it Live playoff series sims There’s almost no down side to this lol sit a guy who is getting better |

Here's the whole thing from the other league
Performance Enhancing Drugs Camp
+5 to any ratings of your choosing. This camp does not count against the normal camp limit and may only be used once in a player's career (twice if used in the same season). There is no age limit for this camp, however the player must not be on their rookie contract anymore. To choose this camp, PM the commish privately and at the end of the season PED camped players will be revealed. If 5+ players are camped this way in any given year then two (or more, never exceeding 33% of the PED camped players) are suspended for 60 days and the camp gains are lost. If a player is suspended that does not count against them for the 1 time they can use this camp in their career BUT if they are caught again they are suspended 450 days (two full seasons). Third offense and beyond they are suspended 1000 days.
Drug testing and suspensions may happen at anytime during the season once 5+ players are camped, but may also happen for the following season. If drug testing occurs in-season (as it did in 2014), all players who receive this camp during the same season but after suspensions are handed out will simply be added to the list for the following season.
Any player who is PED camped then traded must have the PED camp disclosed in trade negotiations. If a player who has had a PED camp is traded but the receiving team is not informed of the PED camp then the team who camped him will owe the new team $2,000 if the player is suspended. If the player is not suspended then no penalty will occur.
If a player was previously PED camped, is not caught, and is then PED camped again (illegally) - the penalty is a 60 day suspension and roll back of the camp.
