Well you mean you dont tank but you constently rebuilding moving players around lol Sure. I don't tank though. I want to make the playoffs every year and have chances at winning the title every year. Depleting your roster and tanking for a 25% chance at # 1 isn't fun for me. It's a good strategy, but everyone does it and i don't think much of GM's who need to tank to build out a successful team. Tanking and trading for picks back is always a last resort i mean id rather tank then try and son all these GMs in trades lol

Not really the job of the employer to play doctor @13rock. He's grown enough to organize the facts at hand and make an informed decision for himself. He is very stubborn... His primary job is delivering and he's refuses to use navigation to assist and was annoyed when a seasonal driver (who does Lyft and Uber) was showing him an app that would route all the address entered. He was noticeably annoyed and the lady is so nice and is always trying to help people.
Several weeks before the Covid shutdowns I advised him to expect more people not to answer the door and to take a photo of the arrangement at the door as proof of delivery. He refused to do this and complained "I don't want to hear I took the pictures wrong."
Later we received an inquiry because someone had not received an arrangement. The delivery receipt said it was left at the door and I asked if he recalled this delivery. It was a local apartment and we had another arrangement taken out.
He called from the apartment that the woman that lives there does not know who the recipient is and she has lived there for over a year.
I reply "Ok, so the recipient moved. I'll forward that information and ask for a new address." His reply "I didn't say she moved, where are you getting that?"
He comes back while I'm calling to notify that the recipient moved and he wants to speak to the person at Teleflora. I realize I've delivered to this person before and pull up the street view map of the apartment. Long story short, he went to the building on the right side (last two numbers 07) instead of the building on the left (last two numbers 05).
I explain I figured out what had happened, the driver went to the wrong building on the property. He then was upset that I didn't check the maps when he called earlier. The apartment was less than two miles away.

Von his work performance has diminished with delivery having so much advancements especially in the past several years. I offered to train him to work in the shop and he says he'd rather retire than have to learn new tasks. He also asked if he could take Mondays off starting in May.

Von based upon his recent work history I do not think he will adjust to the current Covid environment. When I dropped off the W2s he needed he was making jokes about the virus and saying that it looks like a “wet booger” and you can clearly see it on someone’s face. I’m certain it was a joke but that does not convey well. He was upset salons could not be open and insisted “Stylists are the cleanest people, they have to clean their tools after each use!” Yes, it might be crazy talk not being able to work but what he communicated and his body language did not seem like he could understand the pandemic.

All 3 contract teams fucked up during FA. They all needed to overpay players and make sure they used up all of their cap before days 4&5(so they could sign trade fillers. Also, no clue why some of the CY teams kept their lotto picks. Picks should've been traded for help. Horrible offseason for all 3 imo.

You have completely flipped the narrative on why you don't want this guy employed.
