Maybe a 5 year CY. And I don’t think the current CY is difficult or anything obviously, but it’ll still push people to be proactive and make moves ahead of it.
No CY isn’t good, though. You can just tank and coast.
Extending the CY to 5 years would be interesting, but doesn’t seem like many are in favor of changing the current landscape.

Either way the 4 year CY is fine. I think I read Habes post wrong while skimming since I thought he was insinuating no CY was good. My bad!
