the game expects potential to change only at TC so it just determines future rating then determines future rating when? at the flip? that doesnt make sense when you export the fbb db for a league, every player has a current rating, and a rating for the next year. |

so basically, if you add potential in the offseason, the benefit is you have higher potential post tc, so first tc wont really be changed, but future TC's will go with a +15. So less likely to make a big jump in year one, but more likely to make longer term gains.
