2047 FULL Post-Notes Mock Draft!
1st Round:
1) - Rick Barry SF 6'7'' 205 21 B+ C+ B+ C+ C+ A - Feel like this is the obvious pick for the Supersonics here (do apologize for the OKC team logo, just don't have a Sonics one of this size). Anyways, Barry looks like he will be the next elite-level wing of BBS. Got the elite quickness+inside for volume, good jumpshot/handles/steals. With time, the outside/defense/rebounding should all go up in TC as he likely has elite-level potential. Feel like he'll be one of the greatest players this league has ever seen due to his Warrior roots.
2) - Billy Cunningham SF 6'6'' 210 22 B+ C+ B- B- B A - Absolutely loved his notes. Feel like he will the "Kangaroo Kid" will be a stud in this league. Has a lot of things you want in a starting SF. That B rebounding as a rookie who likely has upside is nice, good inside/jumpshot/handles/steals/strength. Nice notes, should be enough to go 2nd Overall.
3) (Coneys To IF Outside Top 5) - Gail Goodrich SG 6'1'' 170 22 B- B- B- C D+ A - Absolutely has an argument to go 2nd Overall. This guy will be a SCORER for sure. Good handles and solid steals makes him a legitimate starter. The question marks about his positional defense and rebounding however is why I didn't slot him second. Regardless, a good player that should make any team happy.
4) - Bill Bradley SF 6'5'' 205 22 B C B- B+ C+ A - While Mr. Senator isn't much of a threepoint shooter, the rest of his game is quite refined and he should be a legitimate starter in this league. Quite an interesting player overall to start building the franchise around. Has the name power and solid ratings across the board plus likely good upside makes him an easy Top 5 pick here.
5) - Archie Clark PG 6'2'' 175 24 B- B- B+ B+ C C - Good handles, quickness makes him a viable starting PG. Solid steals helps too. Good scorer from all 3 levels and C rebounding makes him a very viable starting PG. Nice building block in my mind. Archie really climbed up
6) - Jim Fox C 6'10'' 230 22 C+ B- C- B- B- A - Feel like long-term, he will be an SF in this league. The elite post defense and nice scoring from all levels to go along with the B- rebounding and A scouted potential makes him a fun prospect despite the poor blocks.
7) (PROJECTED DRAFT DAY TRADE WITH VIA ) - Dick Van Arsdale SG 6'5'' 210 22 B C+ C B+ C+ B - Honestly feel like the original michael is going to make the move to get Dick. He has the following pick so he will be able to secure Tom and the Suns headed by Andrew are a team which could use the type of talent the Knicks would be willing to offer. Elite handles, solid steals and a good scorer from inside/midrange with good perimeter/post defense makes him a good player. That +15 potential could make him a great one or at the very least, a damn good one.
8) - Tom Van Arsdale SF 6'5'' 202 22 B C C- B C+ B - He is ok and the +15 potential should make him serviceable but he's only here for the boost.
9) - Marlbert Pradd SG 6'3'' 170 21 A- C B- C C B - The elite inside scoring and quickness gives him a good base. Solid jumpshot helps too. Could be a potential SCORER.
10) - Willie Somerset PG 5'8'' 170 23 C B+ C C+ D+ B - Elite Jumpshot, Handles and Quickness makes him a solid PG prospect.
11) from - John Rambo SF 6'7'' 190 22 C+ D+ C- A B- C - An absolute badass with that A defense. Good handles and stocks, solid strength, solid rebounder. Nice frontcourt starter.
12) - John Block PF 6'9'' 207 21 C+ C C- B C+ B - His name is Block and he can block. Plus has good post defense and strength making him quite a nice rotational big.
13) - Weldon Kytle PF 6'6'' 220 24 B- C C- B- B+ C - I loved his Q&A a ton. Good jumpshot, handles and rebounds. Solid post defense with some stocks. The B+ rebounding is nice and rest of his game seems to be rounding out. He's the type of player who can fit the "Greeme Scheme" well.
14) - Bob Andrews SF 6'5'' 200 24 C+ B+ C- B+ C C - One of those guys with pretty ratings who had a solid Q&A session. Could go higher.
15) from - Flynn Robinson PG 6'1'' 185 24 C B C+ C+ C- B - Another guy who could go higher. Elite jumpshot and quickness plus good handles gives him a good base for a PG.
16) - Leroy Walker PG 6'0'' 165 21 B- B- B- C C C - The C rebounding at PG is nice. Elite quickness and good inside/midrange also nice. Handles do need work however.
17) from - Eddie Jackson C 7'0'' 222 21 C D D+ C+ C+ A - Feel like this is a team that just gambles on a high upside player and hopes for the best.
18) - Lynn Nance SF 6'6'' 220 23 C+ C C- B+ C+ B - Last name has some Cavalier roots though not sure if he's related to Larry. Regardless, Lynn has solid inside, midrange, handles, steals, blocks and post defense. So that's quite good to get at this point in the draft.
19) from - John Wendelken PG 6'1'' 190 22 C+ C B B- C B - I probably like him more than most. Anytime I see a PG with elite jumpshot/handles/quickness, I get excited and the C rebounding is even more fun! Ugly ratings could cause him to drop but he could be this year's Em Bryant without the steals.
20) from - Cincinnatus Powell PF 6'7'' 222 23 C+ B- C- C+ C+ B - Decent enough notes, looks to be a good rotational player at the least. If lucky, could develop into more.
21) (PROJECTED DRAFT DAY TRADE WITH ) - Tal Brody PG 6'2'' 175 22 C C+ A- C+ D+ B - chipper is going to make a move into the late first round. Feel like jahallstar will oblige and move the pick over to him. Honestly feel like this guy would have gone in the 2nd Round had the Pistons not expressed interest in him.
22) from - John Fairchild SF 6'8'' 205 22 C+ C+ C- B+ C+ B - I liked his notes and I'm sure Stevie B does too. Pretty nice prospect especially at this point in the draft.
23) from - Frank Granat C 7'0'' 250 19 C C- D+ C C A - Another case of grab a high upside guy and hope for the best. This is a team which might as well.
24) -Bill Buntin C 6'7'' 250 23 C+ D+ C- B- C+ B - The base is nice with strength and post defense plus has some stocks. In my mind, if he develops right, he would be a nice rotational big.
25) from - Warren Davis PF 6'6'' 212 22 B- C- C- B- C+ B - May not have the strength to be a big so could be better suited for SF. Still had decent enough notes to earn a first round grade.
26) from - Warren Isaac SF 6'6'' 200 22 C+ B- C- C+ B- B - The very good jumpshot makes this a very good pick!
27) from - Fred Hetzel PF 6'8'' 220 23 B- B- C- C+ C+ B - Limited stocks is the reason he falls but the rest of his game is nice. Could easily go higher and develop into a wing.
28) from - Jesse Branson SF 6'7'' 195 23 C+ C- C- C+ C+ B - Some stocks, some boards, solid inside scoring and jumpshot. Could be decent here.
29) from - Ken McIntyre PG 6'1'' 185 22 C B- B- B C C - I quite liked his Q&A overall. Could easily go higher due to the good handles and quickness with C rebounding plus solid stealing and shooting. The main question is inside and upside.
2nd Round:

45) from - Larry Lembo PG 6'4'' 204 23 C+ C+ C+ B- C C

58) from - Thales McReynolds SG 6'3'' 185 22 C+ C+ C+ C+ C C - Mr. Irrelevant in my mock is a cool looking SG with a cool name. He is sporting C rebounding and C+ across the board. Camp him, hope some of those C+'s go up and hope for some TC luck.
