Kind of a lazy article (not checking if players got camped), but let's get into it.
Boston Celtics
Woody Sauldsberry C 31 6'7'' 220 B+ C C- A A- C
Woody Sauldsberry PF 31 6'7'' 220 B+ C C- A A C
Rudy LaRusso PF 28 6'7'' 220 B C C A B+ B
Rudy LaRusso PF 28 6'7'' 220 B C C A A- C
Pretty meh TC overall for Boston. Everyone else either stayed the same or got worse, and pretty much dropped in scouted potential across the board. Obviously, these are minor effects, but you always want to see more in TC. Woody and Rudy going up in rebounding was pretty much the only bright spot for Boston TC-wise, but their core is still intact and should be solid for the season.
Miami Heat
Wayne Yates C 28 6'8'' 235 C+ C- C A A B
Wayne Yates C 28 6'8'' 235 C+ C- C A+ A B
Bob Weiss PG 23 6'2'' 188 C A- B+ B- C- B
Bob Weiss PG 23 6'2'' 188 C A B B- C- B
A mixed TC for the Heat. Reed going down in TC is a huge disappointment, but not an immediate area of concern. Some highlights include Yates jumping to A+ defense. He's already a very good defensive/rebounding anchor, so this is nice. Weiss made the jump to A outside and his handling rating went down, which hopefully means a drop in passing so I consider that a positive. He is shaky in the turnover department, but I think he can get to a very serviceable starting PG. Not a whole lot of movement elsewhere in the likes of Sloan and crew, but hopefully some solid under-the-hood improvements there.
New Jersey Nets
Gail Goodrich SG 22 6'1'' 170 B B B- C D+ A
Gail Goodrich SG 22 6'1'' 170 B B+ B- C+ D+ A
ok
New York Knicks
Walt Bellamy C 26 6'11'' 225 A- C- C- A- A A
Walt Bellamy C 26 6'11'' 225 A- C C- A A A
Don Nelson SF 25 6'6'' 210 B+ A- C- A- C+ A
Don Nelson SF 25 6'6'' 210 B+ A- C A C+ B
Solid TC all around in New York. Nothing crazy, but even more improvement for the already stellar Bellamy is expected but nice to see. Nelly jumped up in defense with a drop in scouted, but still slates to be one of the better young SFs in a league starved for players at the 3. Govan and Wali going down is unfortunate, and rando 2nd rounder Granat seeing some improvement is cool but probably meaningless.
Orlando Magic
Levern Tart SG 23 6'2'' 195 B+ A- A- C+ C- A
Levern Tart SG 23 6'2'' 195 B+ A A- C+ C- B
Al Attles PG 29 6'0'' 175 B+ C+ A- A- C B
Al Attles PG 29 6'0'' 175 B+ C+ A A C+ B
Tart getting that A outside is great. Scouted drop is whatever. Tart should be a great offensive player. Attles had an awesome TC, jumping up in three categories. The defense increase is nice, but that rebounding leap is always appreciated from a PG. Everyone else relevant had minor drops or stayed the same, which is fine.
Philadelphia 76ers
John Thompson C 24 6'10'' 225 B- C C- B+ B- A
John Thompson C 24 6'10'' 225 B- C C- A- B+ B
Other than Thompson, very mediocre TC in Philly. The B- to B+ jump in rebounding is great. Thompson is a solid big, so good to see more improvement for the youngster.
Washington Wizards
Paul Silas PF 22 6'7'' 220 C+ C- C B B- A
Paul Silas PF 22 6'7'' 220 B- C- C B B- B
Silas went up? Still would be incredibly disappointed in this. I tried to find anything else positive-ish for the Wizards, but overall looks like a meh TC. KC and Jack stayed the same, which is fine. But I think when your one guy you had hope for going through TC does nothing in defense and rebounding, you have to be disappointed.
Atlanta Hawks
Marlbert Pradd SG 21 6'3'' 170 A- C+ B- C C B
Marlbert Pradd SG 21 6'3'' 170 A- B- B- C+ C B
I mean Pradd is pretty unplayable, but he did get better I suppose. Rest of the team stayed the same or slight decreases. Boring TC in ATL but it is what it is.
New Orleans Hornets
Cincinnatus Powell PF 23 6'7'' 222 C+ B- C- C+ C+ B
Cincinnatus Powell PF 23 6'7'' 222 B- B C B C+ B
Powell had a great TC. You love to see that from a mid 1st round rookie with little expectations. With some camps he could be a solid SF it seems. Other than that, the aging, middling Hornets all got slightly worse. We'll see if jah makes some moves to get some value out of guys like Ramsey and Hagan.
Chicago Bulls
Willie Murrell SF 24 6'6'' 225 B A- C+ B- C+ C
Willie Murrell SF 24 6'6'' 225 B A C+ B- C+ B
Small but welcome boost to a solid young player. A outside is always great to see. Not much else to see for Chicago, but Willie Cotton might have had a good TC, I'm not sure. But grabbing a rookie with C+ A- scoring and A potential on an MLE that can be extended is a great move for Chicago.
Cleveland Cavaliers
Elgin Baylor SF 31 6'5'' 225 A- A+ A B A C
Elgin Baylor SF 31 6'5'' 225 B+ A+ A- B+ A C
Vince Cohen PG 28 6'1'' 185 C+ A+ A- A- D+ D
Vince Cohen PG 28 6'1'' 185 C+ A B+ A- D+ D
Not a good TC for Cleveland. Baylor down in inside sucks, but he'll still be amazing obviously. Defense up slightly is cool. Cohen losing A+ outside is unfortunate, but still probably a minor effect. Hopefully the drops in handles for both Baylor and Cohen works out as a slight positive. Overall stagnant TC in Cleveland, but that was probably expected.
Detroit Pistons
Willie Jones PG 29 6'3'' 185 B- A- B A- C B
Willie Jones PG 29 6'3'' 185 B- A B+ A C B
Not a whole lot to see for Detroit. I think Ira got better, but he was traded. Jones went up to A outside and defense, which is awesome. Sadly his handles keep him from being utilized as a PG, but he should still be a good SG that chipper might be able to get some value for (if he hasn't already, haven't checked). Scott is probably starting to plateau, but he's a solid big man, so staying the same is okay. Caldwell went up in rebounding, but who cares.
Indiana Pacers
Billy Cunningham SF 22 6'6'' 210 B+ C+ B- B- B A
Billy Cunningham SF 22 6'6'' 210 A- B- C+ B- B A
Bob Love SF 23 6'8'' 215 B+ B- D B+ C+ A

Jeff Mullins SG 23 6'4'' 190 B A C+ C+ C B
Jeff Mullins SG 23 6'4'' 190 B A B- C+ C B
Jack Jackson SG 25 6'4'' 190 C B+ C+ A- C A
Jack Jackson SG 25 6'4'' 190 C A- B- A- C A
Chico Vaughn PG 25 6'2'' 190 B- A- C+ B- C- C
Chico Vaughn PG 25 6'2'' 190 C+ A C+ C+ C- C
Lot to be excited about pre-TC. Post TC? Pretty eh. Billy C had a great TC, but his preseason leaves a lot to be desired. Should still become an amazing player. Love's TC was super disappointing. Poor fella. Mullins mostly the same. Small increase for Jack is cool, though not sure he's relevant. Chico lost some inside which is unfortunate, but also hit A outside. Definitely some bright spots in a rebuilding Indy, but another disappointing TC from Love coupled with Billy C needing to make another few leaps to be elite leaves some doubt in Indy.
Milwaukee Bucks
Ira Harge C 24 6'9'' 225 B+ C D B A- B
Ira Harge C 24 6'9'' 225 B+ C D B+ A- B

Jim Fox SF 22 6'10'' 230 C+ B C- B+ B- B
Archie Clark PG 24 6'2'' 175 B B- B+ B+ C C
Archie Clark PG 24 6'2'' 175 B+ B- B+ B C C
Solid TC for Milwaukee. Nothing crazy, but improvements for the most part. Harge continues to get better which is great. Johns with a slight bump is a welcome addition to an already great shot-blocking big. Fox and Clark are intriguing and had some good boosts, but I think their upside is definitely still questionable. Some players to watch at least and Milwaukee has a solid start to their rebuilding phase.
Toronto Raptors
Don Kojis SF 26 6'5'' 215 B A C C+ C+ C
Don Kojis SF 26 6'5'' 215 B+ A- C B- C+ C
An expected middling TC for Toronto. Guy stayed the same which is good. Decreases in Tywman and Krebs were bound to happen sooner or later but aren't overly concerning yet. Kojis went up in inside but lost his A outside. Not sure if that trade is appreciated. He also went up a bit in defense, but that's whatever. Raptors can probably run it back still.
Boston Celtics
