Marion would be a nice PF in an outside system as a non-option. Elite jumpshot, good defense, excellent rebounder.
He'd also be fine as a 2nd/3rd option as an inside-oriented SF in a slow offfense.
He's not good in these hybrid roles or as an option as a PF.
He can be valuable if you use him correctly. I offered Chipper Big Dog in a deal for Marion, oh well.

Yikes for him Wanted anything of value in addition -- booz, or a 1st or literally anything -- left it up to him. But nothing  Chipper is a good dude, though. Easy to talk trade with and very transparent. |
