Oh yeah. That trade was ass but I think I had complained enough that day both bad deals for sure. I offered deals to rex, suns, mavs and a few others based on blocks I saw go up and not get much love. Lots of GMs liked Earl, Tucker and fuller. Pretty much any star I saw on the block I tried to see if there was interest in a similar deal. If John backed out with Game I woulda got Don Nelson for something similar, then I missed my chance on west. Rex came back to the offer with a counter and then after like 5 more counters of me trying to keep Caldwell for something else we dealt. You were really about to get Don or Dave for this package? You were going to eat regardless... damn. |

I thought the purpose of that trade was to bottom out, but you didn't I traded Boozer for 2 1st's so I can tank this year. I can't really control the fact that 2 sims later, we're essentially in the same spot. |

DeeperThanSims Call it third tier youth all you want. The trade May not be for everyone but Tucker and fuller are both good starting bigs with solid ratings. Earl prob had 100 pot and has great scoring ratings through 2 tcs. Caldwell not youth but can serve a purpose. When you are shopping vets and getting no hits or offers for 1 future. 3 young dudes and a mid pick is 4 quarters for a dollar but still useful

I also got lucky as hell the hornets go on this win streak After the post Hornets weren't going to stay that bad. Pacers were also going to likely drop. They have no PG. There was a spot open for them. |

I got you, but you made trades to improve too like the Adelman deal That was in the offseason when I wanted to see if we can pull a reset. 2 sims in, I saw we were pretty mediocre and would rather chase a lotto pick. Also, giving the Pistons their pick back. I wasn't going to hold it. |
