chipper , just keep one thing in mind. The max any other team can offer Ho is a deal where the first year is $16,800,000. The max you can offer him is a deal where the first year is $21,600,000. Max increase you can offer is 12.5%, max increase any other team is 10% Feel like FBB tends to look at the average per year for a contract so it would be easy for you to outbid somebody's 6-year max with a shorter 3-4 year deal.

If you're in CY, you should be sending bids in a timely manner or asking someone to do them for you if you cant. Styro got bids in somehow and hasn't been on in a week
