How about this.. * if you go over the HC after the deadline or in the playoffs because you had 2 or fewer Pgs available you will not be subject to a HC penalty. You will be subject to me picking a PG that may sim poorly. If you have 3 pgs - no hc penalty If you have 2 pgs and your 50 day heal and instructions about healing - no hc penalty (even if both pgs are out over 50 days). If at the time of the 2nd injury both pgs are injured for more than 50 days or both pgs are injured for 50 days or less then you can choose which pg to heal but if one is more than 50 days and the other 50 or less then the heal will be applied to the one injured 50 days or less. If you have 2 pgs and cap for a rook fa - no hc penalty The above will apply from day 99 until the end of the playoffs even if you have additional pg injuries If you have a player on your roster who is eligible to be moved to pg and instructions in your dc to move him to pg in the case of injuries then he will be counted as a pg for the above rule. Otherwise regular hc penalties apply Maybe add an objective component for the pg signing. Highest handling rating, lowest defensive rating. Whatever |

Also guy was out more than 50 so it wouldn't have helped. Maybe using the 50 on your backup would be a fair punishment but still seems like he would be letting you off easy

You will be subject to me picking a PG that may sim poorly. HONESTLY feel like you need to carry at least 2 PG-eligible players on your roster at all times (which Kobe did). Instead of "2 or fewer," "2 or more PGs" If you only have 1 and you're close to HC and that 1 gets injured, you kinda deserve it. But having 2 and both of them get injured, odds are low. |

maybe if it happens in the playoffs somebody should have the option to forfeit and not go over the hc. otherwise they are punished for making the playoffs

The resolution is we're not making a mountain out of a molehill expecting everybody to follow the same rules is pretty basic. the rule is clear. i agree it needs adjusting but kobe getting away with ignoring the rules after spencer bailed him out and after the rule was clarified is pretty crazy |
