Andrew do you get to keep the food if the delivery address is wrong? I haven't had that happen to me. I've seen people post on forums that orders have been cancelled and they get to keep the food then. You gotta call the customer if the address is wrong or they left out their unit number. Doordash's app is very good with location services so even if the address is wrong you know where they are. |

Doordash's app is very good with location services so even if the address is wrong you know where they are. It’s unfortunate that a lot of our deliveries are not to the customer. They are sending to someone else. So I called Teleflora to have them contact the customer because I do not know where the recipient might be staying. I could call but other times the person is not close to the area. Not worth a half hour drive. A few months ago the business moved to downtown LA (30 min away) and they lived in Murrieta (90 min away). I try to fill less sensing station order so don’t benefit companies using call centers to make commission. |
