- 5 +5 ACs that count towards a players AC total.
- 3 +5 ACs that can be 4th ACs for that player.
- 10 +3 RCs that count towards a players RC total.
- 2 +15 potential increases to 2 players.
Must be completed before sim 1. If you dont use it, you lose it. No exceptions.

Debating whether to use it before or after TC I feel like unless you need a boost for this year after is the answer. Let the pot lower as much as possible and go up. I’m debating same for Marv but he needs to be saved now |
