I think in LA you need to rebuild. That automatically puts you in a position of selling. In PHI the Gm could do either. He already has an offer for his picks back. And then he could move Bing, Tomjanovic and Johns for extra picks. Or he can add and pretty easily won 50 and make CY tough.

Sometimes departing Gms dont get the best deals. A new Gm should have the opportunity to deal.
