doesn’t seem like the west flourished this year tho Think long term. East has you, me, Habes, Vedda, Kobe, Eddy, Play, DBW, Greeme, DB, Jah - there’s quality GMs here. I praise the lord that Nanz went back West the Gm quality is fine on both sides. East has an extra team |

55 would be fun as a fallback option. Most guys would still see 42 in 4 as the target but would be fun for guys to have to pull off something great in year 5 if they need to. Thinking of outlawz moving Gervin to go all in as an example. He didn’t do it this year bc he thought he could thread the needle

Not a fan of changing the rules after 2 guys just got CYed and 1 of those teams just got filled. I think as the GM pool has diminished, just expanding it to 5yrs is the right thing. Covers the normal fbb of losing players in FA / getting fucked in the draft by bad lotto luck / injuries. Break and Lumz are here everyday and we have 2 open teams. Lawz and Rex can sit out a season. |

So we force them to go all in, trade their youth, get some old players, possibly bad contracts, trade all their picks to hit 55 (which is not easy btw) and then what if they don't get there?
You're left with a team in worse position.
