Yeah I'm bugging. I was mostly worried about Skillz and Marty but Skillz seems to be invisible so he was probably on, and Marty was talking shit in the CY thread but can't be bothered to send bids smh

Don't get too caught up in the letter ratings or big names, just look at the production. It's all about scoring efficiency, rebounding and stealing+blocking:turnover ratio in FBB. Needs guys with high jumpshot rating and high handling rating at every position. Lower the passing the better as well since passing is a negative in FBB. Stealing and blocking are the most important things you look for on defense but perimeter defense is also really important for defending 3's. Post defense is somewhat important but it's ok if your big doesn't have good post D if he gets blocks and steals since there aren't many good offensive bigs anyway. Drive defense is pointless and can inflate the defensive rating so try to be weary of that(if a guy has A- defense but is constantly getting lit up it probably means he has high drive defense) Inside scoring and 3 point shot are important for obvious reasons. Inside scoring determines how much of a volume scorer a guy will be basically. Jumping is pointless so don't put any stock in to that. Quickness and Strength are important. Quickness helps when it comes to playing more minutes and strength helps with guys getting to the free throw line more.
Potential can be tough to gauge since TC can be pretty random in FBB. I usually never do well with the raw, high potential guys in the drafts. So my advice would be to draft guys that have a great base already(good handling, jumpshot, rebounding, some stocks)and they just need +25 to their scoring then a decent TC to be a good player. When building a team in the future, I would try to get a C rebounding PG, C+ rebounding SG, B rebounding SF and try to get 3 bigs with A- reb or better. And also I always try to make sure all of my guys have a positive steal+block:turnover ratio and are good man defenders.
Also just pay attention in trade threads and around the boards about how the good GMs talk about players. That will help a lot just being observant
