if garrett stays, i hope he's on a short lease for consistently ignoring PMs Hi, was a busy weekend and what challenges me the most right now is keeping us ahead and on pace. My mother is 72 and her short term memory has begun rapidly declining. She still insists upon doing the closing paperwork even though I tell her I must do it because she gets confused. It takes about 15 minutes usually but she can spend upwards of an hour and totals can be off. Also with the buying of flowers she still insists on writing a complete list of every flower in every arrangement instead of just the ones we need. That consumes too much time and she sometimes misplaces an order sheet or clips them together. I have to see every order so that I can identify if I can’t account for one to either find or reprint it. I often have to switch tasks or makeup time resulting in infrequent or sporadic replies. It’s not intentional or ignoring I just have a shift in priority. |

TBH I thought Shaq would buy me time to get through not having help at the business.
Doubled down on him because I thought he could make it happen! Was in a tough spot when he arrived, was blowing it up and didn’t have assets to help him ASAP and missed in FA 😭🤦🏻♂️
