Chris would have found a way to be in his CY if he took over the same Lakers team. and he took over Marks team that was loaded and turned it into a CY team. Im not a fan of switching teams at all but since its allowed, I have no issue with GOOD gms switching teams
Chipper, Break, and Erbes should never be allowed to switch into better situations.
