nah, a guy that can give you ok offense, with big + rebounding at SF is a big deal in a CY, it opens up far more having that, he was net + stocks to turnovers. Rebounding is so key to FBB (just extra possessions in general), a player that can do that opens up a slightly worse rebounding big, or a bad rebounding PG, etc. I think ok offense is a stretch and net 0 STOCKS is obviously not good. That along takes a big bite out of his rebounding positives, especially when so many starting SF's in the file are at B- or better. |

Beard is very good. Don't get me wrong. Just saying in comparison if Johnson had a 35 3pt rating or something his outside would look better on paper (not an expert but would he go to a B-?) , however he would be a worse player because then he would shoot 3's and miss most of them instead of just not shooting them. I do not think Johnson is better than Beard at all. Just from what I saw last year I want to give him a shot to see if he comes close. Keep in mind he is also untouched campwise. He might suck. I just want to see. I mislead slightly, he said Butch was worse because he shot threes Was this 3 seasons ago? I guess it's a reasonable thought if we assume Johnson has been this level of player for some time now. I have no clue. Beard is great though. |

DBW didn't have interest in Johnson in the past. I do know that. He did want Green though. I was the one that he said laughed at the offer when he said Mike Mitchell for Green  |

a CY conversation focusing so much on moving/not moving Kosic just points to a much larger roster construction issue kosic shouldn't be what makes or breaks a CY nah, Cosic was a fundamentally good player that he threw away because he thought he was the problem. I wouldn’t want him as my starter but could survive if he was is where I’d rank him |

nah, Cosic was a fundamentally good player that he threw away because he thought he was the problem. I wouldn’t want him as my starter but could survive if he was is where I’d rank him I do want him as my starter, offered shit first and Robinson, play said no |
