Problem is we all know MJ Dream Barkley Stockton are coming next season so people don't care to trade talent for free. If we didn't know who was coming this wouldn't be happening

Also, other than the Knicks deals, most of this talent is pushing 35, people never gave value for guys that age

I'd surmise at least 10-15 GMs in this league don't source their deals. Gotta go to them to make something happen |

Yeah. I think ideally, this class would've been split somehow. Imagine drafting Barkley or Stockton and feeling disappointed.

just restart at the 84 draft. it's needed dude you have a team of misfits and wonder why ppl don’t wanna deal. Just blow your own team up instead of the league |

Feel like a restart would lose people.
Like a decent middle ground could be a restart with you being able to keep a player.
Even that sounds complicated. idk.

Guys like chip, Brian, Marty when he’s here just sit on their teams until the cy forces their hand. Remove it and the bottom of the league will be even less active

A restart is way more interesting than year 65 of a league that’s been around 3+ years. You’d get way more interest and activity out of it. Svedda just started up a league and it’s super active including from guys currently inactive in BBS |

Activity isn't booming now sadly. Certain guys either haven't posted a DC or just did recently. CY effects activity but it can be tweaked. Just need to find the right tweak.

Just blow your own team up instead of the league I've had a team of misfits for 50 seasons. We are 44-25 and could blow it up whenever. That has nothing to do with it. The league is just (relatively) dead and less interesting & i think a restart would inject some LIFE. |

It can't just be a restart and that's it because, as you said earlier, certain dudes still won't be active. |

league has very limited articles, an inactive bottom of the league, challenging trade landscape and major ratings inflation - which will make the ultimate impact of the 84 draft less fun too.
spence is the goat at this. it's NUTS - in a good way - that it's taken like 40 months for fbb staleness to creep in at the pace we go.
