The offer was Thompson and Parish For My pick this year and my 67 and 68 and expiring. I said no because I wouldn’t have any depth. Had you offered me Dantley AND Thompson for what you got above? That’s an auto yes. lol This was pre- you getting Parish- to be clear. |

I would be cutting it REALLLLLY close. |

I wouldn’t move parish for #2 in this draft. it’s hard to see how you could say no to that offer Anyways- the point of me replying in here is he said he offered me this deal (Dantley and Thompson for a top pick and matching expirings this year) when that was not ever the case |

Thompson and Parish - two elite bigs in a league where that is the only somewhat scarce position - for picks is an easy one for anyone too. and as I told him then- I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on it yet and he said he had another deal coming up. That was the Parish trade I assume. He messaged me back a couple of days ago and I was laid up sick. Can't help that. Maybe I would have been more amenable to something then. |
