I just read an article that made me realize how airlines don’t care about their inefficient processes since they decided to monetize waiting in line to get on. And now I’m sad I find it funny how everyone rushes to get up and wait by the gate for their group to be called. And the people in row 26 that get up and try to rush to the front when the plane lands and make it all the way to row 24. |
