The GMs that are drafting in the lotto don't want to trade their youth. They don't even want to trade their 1sts most of the time. So they do deals for old players like this

There is something very wrong if people aren't willing to offer good deals for players like John Drew, Alex English, Marques Johnson, etc inflation plays a big role. There are def way too many guys of that caliber in the league. Far from the only problem though Yeah that's true. Some youth are too good but some are getting elite treatment when they should be available in deals for a guy like English. That's on the GMs though |
