all I'll say Mark is I'm about to go to sleep, and I'll be very disappointed if all I find to stimulate me in the morning on the PC is pornhub could be worse tho worst part about working from home is the absolute freedom to just wank it any point during the day. went for 11 am and 3 pm today. worked out well.

Not sure if the states put your information into a database or what.

Not every border crossing has the infrastructure to mine all the data of every vehicle coming into the state. all it's taking is the plate, all states dmvs/ DL are now interconnected. It's not like the good ol days where I moved across the country and got a valid licence as mine was about to be suspended a basic sql DB on a shitty server can sort on the fly 10k records in < minute. So lets say NY is the state, and lets say they get 3 million cars crossing the boarder a day. automatically ignore all NJ, Mass, border states unless looking for a specific trigger now put specific triggers on all states with covid spikes now it goes from 3 million entries to at most 100K, subtract the ones seen leaving the state (passing through) query that against other records and in about an hour you have a likely final destination of 75-95% of the cars Big data is fucking scary

We will eliminate Ontario and Quebec for purposes of argument as they probably have appropriate surveillance atypical than the aformentioned states So you're saying the following 1.) All of these border crossings carry the infrastucture to track cars not only coming in from states under a quarantine, but just in general? 2.) The State has the time and budget to track each one of these cars individually to see where they have come and gone? 3.) What happens if I just rent a car from a LP from another state not part of the quarantine mandate? While I agree we have infrastructure in place to hunt.....let's say, a certain individual who is a detriment to society....I highly doubt we are using this for mass persecution of individuals with license plates from places that are mandated 14 days of quarantine.

From that DB queries can be run. for Q.3 Those results in stuff covered by the 4th and you are probably OK for slipping in more or less undetected. LPRs provide too much data for individual attention

though the conflicting case law depending on the appellate region you are in regarding the 4th is weird
