I can only imagine Spencer isn't about this, and probably knows everyone's limitations...
I'd suggest $150 buy in, then $50/season?
The way I'm pricing it is what I would alternatively be doing with my time (in a regular economy)

My proposed for each year is $50
It all goes to Spence, literally for his time and effort.
Spencer can have GM's say they can't do it. I'll be the "mod" if Spencer doesn't want to.
Spencer does not have to share who is or isn't capable, or at what amount they are capable. It's just a yes or no.

I jokingly posted my venmo on my league forum and said send $5 donations for a +5 freebie. I got laughed at.
But when i did the same thing for COVID donations they earned quite good money.
