there was a flaw in code where traders could get way more margin (borrowing other peoples money) than they were supposed to.

mainly commodity prices going back to normalish. They've got revenues of 3 billion and assets of 7.8 billion, but the market cap is only around $550 million. Good but risky opportunity!
