i have a guy with birds... i can offer him any amount or am i restricted to whatever the 1 year max would be? i feel like the answer has to be the latter but just confirming.

if you 1 year max a guy you can give him 120%, e.g. harrington at 14.4. true. my bad.

Yep, while the rule is worded otherwise you cant go over max, you can just offer more in yearly increases and an extra year |

You could start Sheed at 14.4 after he made 12.5.
